1 HOUR/1,5 HOURS:

The Winter Session is 13 weeks long and will run from Tuesday, January 2nd until Monday, April 1st 2024.

All costs are subject to a 13% HST. An annual registration fee of $50 ($60 for 1,5 hours) is applicable to all new members for a period starting September 1 and ending August 31 of each calendar year.

Recreational Boys

Introduction to basic gymnastics skills: cartwheels, dive rolls, long hand swings, glide swings, trampoline front rolls, with intermediate focus on stretching and general conditioning. 

 Boys 5-6 YRS

 Monday: 4:30-5:30

Tuesday: 5:30-6:30

Wednesday: 4:30-5:30

Thursday: 4:30-5:30

Friday: 5:30-6:30  

Saturday: 11:00-12:00

Sunday: 11:00-12:00

 Boys 6-8 yrs

Monday: 6:30-7:30

Tuesday: 6:30-7:30

Wednesday: 5:30-7:00 (Int)

Thursday: 4:30-6:00 (Int) / 6:00-7:00 / 6:30-7:30

Friday: 6:30-7:30 / 7:30-8:30

Saturday: 12:00-1:00 / 1:00-2:30

*Hour and half classes are intermediate and require an assessment to join except Saturday

Boys 9+ YRS

Thursday:  7:30-9:00      

Friday:  7:30-9:00 (Int)      

Saturday: 1:00-2:30
