Trampoline

This class is ideal for young gymnasts looking to build on their foundational skills and dive into more advanced techniques. Participants will be introduced to front tucks, front and back handsprings, and various intermediate trampoline sequences. The class also incorporates light conditioning and stretching to enhance strength, flexibility, and control.

While supportive coaching is always provided, prior gymnastics experience is recommended to ensure students are ready for the skills taught in this class. It’s perfect for those eager to take their gymnastics and trampoline abilities to the next level!
