The Winter Session is 13 weeks long and will run from Thursday, January 2nd until Wednesday, April 2nd 2025.

All costs are subject to a 13% HST. An annual registration fee of $50 is applicable to all new members for a period starting September 1 and ending August 31 of each calendar year.

Kindergym

These dynamic gymnastics classes are designed to introduce young children to foundational gymnastics skills in a fun, supportive environment. Children will enjoy navigating exciting obstacle courses while learning key movements, including basic trampoline jumps, front and back rolls, stretches, swings, balance techniques, and an introduction to handstands.

Through guided instruction and playful activities, kids will develop coordination, flexibility, and confidence. This class is perfect for energetic little ones who love to move and explore while building their strength and body awareness!
