The Fall Session is 16 weeks long and will run from Tuesday, September 3rd until Monday, December 23rd, 2024.

All costs are subject to a $13% HST. An annual registration fee of $50 ($60 for 1,5 hours) is applicable to all new members for a period starting September 1 and ending August 31 of each calendar year.

NOVICE GIRLS

Intensive focus on stretching, handstands and specific conditioning. Skills of focus include cartwheels, round offs, front tucks, back handsprings, long hand swings, swings to handstand, and handstand holds. 

**Assessment and previous experience required 

 Novice (6-8)

Tuesday: 4:30-6:30

Novice9+ 

Tuesday: 6:30-8:30
