The Winter Session is 13 weeks long and runs from Thursday, January 2nd until Wednesday, April 2nd 2025.

All costs are subject to a 13% HST. $70 annual registration fee is applicable to all new members for a period starting September 1 and ending August 31 of each calendar year.

Novice Girls

This pre-competitive gymnastics class is designed for children ready to take their skills to the next level with a more intensive focus on technique and conditioning. The class emphasizes flexibility, strength, and mastery of foundational skills necessary for competitive gymnastics. Skills of focus include cartwheels, round offs, front tucks, back handsprings, long hand swings, swings to handstand, and handstand holds.

**Assessment and previous experience required 

Novice

Tuesday: 4:30 - 6:30 / 6:30-8:30

Thursday: 4:30 - 6:30 / 6:30-8:30
