Recreational Girls

Introduction to basic gymnastics skills: cartwheels, dive rolls, long hand swings, glide swings, trampoline front rolls, with intermediate focus on stretching and general conditioning.   

1 HOUR/1,5 HOURS: $407/$517

The Spring Session is 13 weeks long and will run from Tuesday, April 2nd until Monday, July 1st 2024.

All costs are subject to a 13% HST. An annual registration fee of $50 ($60 for 1,5 hours) is applicable to all new members for a period starting September 1 and ending August 31 of each calendar year.

GIRLS 5-6 YRS   

Monday: 4:30-5:30 / 5:30-6:30

Tuesday: 4:30-6:00

Wednesday: 4:30-5:30

Thursday: 4:30-5:30

Friday: 4:30-5:30

Saturday: 10:00-11:00 /11:00-12:00 / 12:00-1:00

Sunday: 10:00-11:00 

GIRLS 6-8 YRS

Monday: 5:30 - 6:30 / 6:30 - 7:30

Tuesday: 4:30 - 6:00 / 5:30 - 6:30 / 6:30 - 7:30

Wednesday: 4:30 - 5:30 / 5:30 - 7:00 (Int) / 6:30 - 8:00

Thursday: 5:30 - 7:00 (Int) / 6:30 - 7:30

Friday: 5:30 - 6:30 / 7:30 - 8:30

Saturday: 11:00 - 12:00 / 12:00 - 1:00

Sunday: 10:00 - 11:00 /11:00 - 12:00

Monday: 7:30 - 9:00 / 7:30 - 9:00 (Int)

Saturday: 1:00 - 2:30
