The Spring Session is 13 weeks long and runs from Tuesday, April 2nd until Monday, July 1st 2024.

All costs are subject to a 13% HST. $70 annual registration fee is applicable to all new members for a period starting September 1 and ending August 31 of each calendar year.

 Novice Boys

Novice Boys 4 hours

Intensive focus on stretching, handstands and specific conditioning. Skills of focus include cartwheels, round offs, front tucks, back handsprings, long hand swings, swings to handstand, handstand holds and mushroom circles.
